摘要
目的:观察病案教学法的效果。方法:在漯河医学高等专科学校校本部,将2011级中西医结合专业学生1班和2班共213名学生分两组,分别为实验组和对照组,实验组进行案例教学法尝试,对照组采用传统讲授法。结果:两组的考试成绩及教学方法的满意度调查比较差异显著(P<0.01或0.05),实验组明显高于对照组。结论:案例教学法优于传统讲授法,对提高中医内科学的教学效果有很大意义。
Objective: To observe application of case teaching method in TCM internal medicine. Methods: 213 students were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group was given case teaching method;another was given traditional teaching method. Results:The test scores and satisfaction survey of teaching methods in the experimental group were obviously higher, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion:Case teaching method was superior to traditional teaching method, and it has great significance to improve teaching effectiveness.
