摘要
通过对目前已有的各类自动黑板刷的优缺点进行分析,设计出了一种新型智能吸尘黑板刷,其设计思想来源于磁性黑板刷、扫地机器人和爬墙机器人。在无线遥控下,黑板刷可以实现任意灵活刷黑板,并且带有自动吸尘的功能,使用方便。应用静力学方法分析了智能吸尘黑板刷方案的可行性,最后吸尘黑板刷实物样机验证了该新型黑板刷的可靠性和实用性。
Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various types of automatic blackboard brush has progressed, a new types of intelligent cleaning blackboard brush is made, and the design idea comes from magnetic blackboard brush, sweeping robot and wall climbing robot. The blackboard brush which is easy to use can flexibly brush blackboard by the wireless remote control, and has the automatic cleaning function. The feasibility of intelligent blackboard brush is analyzed by statics method. Finally, experiments of the blackboard brush prototype verify the reliability and practicality of the novel blackboard brush.
