摘要
在分析研究现有螺纹滚压方法的基础上,针对一些无法实现旋转和轴向移动的特殊零件连接螺纹的滚压加工,提出了一种利用主轴的驱动来实现滚丝轮径向进给与旋转滚压同时进行的滚丝机设计方案。阐述了方案的设计原理、相关参数的确定和控制方式,分析了结构设计的难点和采取的相关措施,并试制样机验证了设计方案的可行性。
On the basis of analyzing and researching existed roll extruding of thread, a kind of design scheme was proposed, which can make the roll extruding wheel rotate and roll extrude derived by the spindle at the same time of radial feeding. The paper expounded the principles of scheme design, determination of correspronding parameters and control mode. It brought forward some nodules in the structure design and correlation measures. A model machine has validated the feasibility of the design scheme.
