摘要
合同能源管理作为一种基于市场的节能机制,在建筑节能中起着重要的作用。在国家节能政策的大力推动和指导下,广州市公共建筑合同能源管理项目获得了较快的发展,但也存在着一些问题和瓶颈。本文通过对公共建筑合同能源管理项目的调查和分析,对未来公共建筑合同能源管理项目的推广和政府决策的制定提供了基础和依据。
As a kind of energy-saving mechanism based on market, EMC plays an important role in building energy saving. In vigorously promote national energy-saving policies and guidance, Guangzhou city public construction EMC project has achieved rapid development, but there are also some problem and bottlenecks. In this paper, through investigation and analysis to the public building EMC projects, it provides a basis for planning for future public construction EMC project and the promotion of the government decision making.
