对合同能源管理的实施过程进行划分,运用对策论分析节能服务公司运行期变化对双方利益的影响,最后建立节能服务公司运行期决策模型。
The peper divides whole process of energy performance contracting（EPC）into three stages,then,based on the Game Theory,analyzes the impact of ESCO operation period changing on both ESCO and its client.Finally,the decision-making model of the ESCO operation period is established.
