摘要
近十年来,随着我国经济持续稳步地快速增长,国民收入水平的快速提高,国家汽车购置税优惠鼓励政策的出台,市民们购买私家车的数量出现"井喷"。私家车数量的快速增长犹如一把双刃剑,在极大方便人们生活的同时,又给社会带来诸多问题。特别是在承载着居民生活的住宅小区,车辆的增多、拥挤更是加剧了车辆的乱停放,这不仅仅影响小区居民的出入、降低了生活质量,而且还堵塞消防通道,一旦小区内发生火灾事故,后果不堪设想。因此居民住宅区内的停车问题亟需迫切得到改善和解决。如何改善和解决家庭汽车进入家庭后带来的停车问题?如何建立人、车和谐的居住环境?正是本文所要探讨和研究的。本文以广州市住宅小区停车问题为研究对象,在研究和分析了国内外相关领域研究成果的基础上,根据国家政府网站提供的数据及本人在汇景新城、华南理工大学南秀村回收的调查问卷统计分析的基础上,从经济、社会、人文以及环境等方面探讨了住宅小区的停车问题及造成的主要原因,并根据现行管理机制从技术角度提出目前停车难问题的解决对策。
Over the past decade, as China＇s economy continues to grow steadily fast, rapid increase in the level of national income, national car purchase tax incentives to encourage the introduction of the policy, the people who buy private ear number ＂blowout.＂ Rapid growth in the number of private cars is like a double-edged sword, at the same time greatly facilitates people＇s lives, and gave society a lot of problems. Especially in carrying residents of the residential area, the vehicle increased congestion is exacerbated by indiscriminate parking of vehicles , which not only affects access to district residents , reducing the quality of life, but also blocked fire exits , in the event of a fire within the district accidents , the consequences could be disastrous. Thus residential area parking problems need urgent improvement and resolved. How to improve and solve family brought into the family car after parking problem？ How to create a people, vehicles and harmonious living environment？ It aims to discuss and research. In this ,paper, the Guangzhou Municipal Residential parking problem for the study , based on research and analysis of the research results related fields at home and abroad , according to data provided by the national government websites and I recovered in Grand View Park , South China University of South Village show survey statistical analysis on the basis of the questionnaire , in terms of economic, social , cultural and environmental issues such as parking discussed residential area and the main cause of the current and proposed countermeasures to solve the parking problem from a technical point of view under the current management.
