摘要
目的:总结甘爱萍教授治疗老年脾胃病的用药特点。方法:采取归纳总结的方法对甘爱萍教授的脾胃病中药处方进行归纳,总结其药物性味、归经、功效、剂量、剂型特点。结果:性平甘淡是脾胃病用药的基本特性;健脾益气、滋阴和胃是治疗的根本;清热理气、调神解郁是取效的关键;汤、膏、丸剂,因时因人而异;常用剂量是脾胃病的最佳剂量。结论:甘爱萍教授治疗老年脾胃病的核心是"益气健脾,滋阴和胃"。
Objective：To sum up Professor Gan Aiping’s medication features in treating stomach sickness among senile patients. Methods：Professor Gan Aiping’s prescription to treat stomach sickness were sorted and summarized in terms of drug nature,flavors, channel entry,efficacy,dosage,and preparation.Results：The basic feature of medicine for treating spleen and stomach disease is with the nature of sweet and light.Tonifying spleen and boosting qi,nourishing yin and harmonizing stomach are roots for treatment;clearing heat and regulating qi,adjusting spirit and resolving depression are the key to get effectiveness;the choices of preparation including de-coction,paste or pills depended on time and individuals;the common dosage was the best one for treating spleen and stomach disease. Conclusion：The core of Professor Gan Aiping’s treatment in stomach diseases among senile patients is ＂tonifying spleen and boosting qi,nourishing yin and harmonizing stomach ＂.
