摘要
近年来,关于金线莲药物的研究不断增多,笔者针对金线莲保肝、抗HBV、降血糖、抗癌、镇痛等药理和临床研究进行综述,指出对金线莲有效部位的研究主要集中在黄酮类化合物,有待加强在防治高血压、脑出血、减肥、抑制LDL氧化、清除活性氧自由基等方面的研究。
Anoectochilus roxburghii is one of the common folk medicines in China, clinically used in liver protection, analgesic, anti-inflammation, hypoglycemic, anti-hypertension, etc. In recent years, research on Anoectochilus drugs has increased, the pharmacological effects of A. roxburghii were summarized, this paper provides reference for the further research and application of A. roxburghii.
