摘要
目的探讨应用网络开展护理案例查房的方法与效果。方法护士长应用网络建立科室护士QQ讨论群,每个月的护理案例查房在网络QQ群里进行。查房的流程:责任护士上传相关的查房资料到QQ群-通知护士个人下载资料-查房时先行阅读资料-针对现存的问题进行集体讨论-对必须掌握的知识点护士长进行提问-护士长总结-资料整理、打印、保存。结果护士在护理查房时请假及迟到人次减少(P<0.01或P<0.05),对查房满意度及理论考试成绩提高(P<0.01)。结论网络护理案例查房不受时间、地点限制,能提高护士对查房的满意度,进而提高护理案例查房效果。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of internet based nursing rounds. Method Nursing rounds were implemented using QQ discus- sion group established by the head nurses, once a month. The process of nursing rounds was uploading relevant materials to QQ group by the responsibility nurses, informing nurses to download materials, reading materials before nursing rounds, discussing the current problems together, asking questions by the head nurse, summarizing by head nurse, processing, printing and saving data. Result Nurses who asking for leave and being late were decreased, and the satisfaction and the- ories test score of nurses were improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Internet nursing rounds network is not restricted to time and places, which can improve nurses ~ satisfaction and the effect of nursing rounds.
