摘要
目的:研究基于混合式教学的护理教学查房在高职院校基础护理教学中的应用。方法:随机分配我学院2019级高职护理学生各200人,对照组实施传统的教学模式,即课程讲授、实训室操作、考核评价;实验组实施基于混合式教学的护理教学查房教学模式。课程结束后,进行综合评价,通过统计学分析,比较这两种教学模式的效果。结果:实验组护生在护理理论知识、护理操作能力、护患沟通能力等综合能力考核成绩明显高于对照组;在提高护生学习兴趣和积极性、护理岗位胜任力、处理问题能力等方面自我评定成绩明显优于对照组;基于混合式教学的护理教学查房教学模式的护生满意率明显高于对照组。结论:基于混合式教学的护理教学查房更贴近于临床实际工作情况,有助于学生对基础护理的全面把握和应用,有助于培养学生服务于人的理念,同时有助于人才培养目标的实现。
Objective:to study the application of nursing teaching rounds based on mixed teaching in basic nursing teaching in higher vocational colleges.Methods:200 nursing students of grade 19 in our college were randomly assigned to the control group.The traditional teaching mode was implemented in the control group;The experimental group implemented the teaching mode of nursing teaching rounds under the mixed teaching;After the end of the course,comprehensive evaluation,through statistical analysis,compare the effect of the two teaching modes.Results:the test scores of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group;The self-evaluation results of the nursing students in improving their learning interest and enthusiasm,nursing post competency and problem-solving ability were significantly better than those of the control group;The satisfaction rate of nursing students in the teaching mode of nursing teaching rounds based on mixed teaching was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:the teaching mode of"nursing teaching ward round"based on mixed teaching is more close to the actual clinical work,which is helpful for students to comprehensively grasp and apply basic nursing,to cultivate students’concept of serving people,and to realize the goal of talent training.
