益气养血活血法治疗胎儿生长受限对孕妇血液流变学的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察益气养血活血法治疗胎儿生长受限对孕妇血液流变学的影响。方法:选择在本院门诊产检诊断为胎儿生长受限接受治疗并住院分娩孕产妇60例,按随机数字表法分为2组,常规治疗组为对照组,以及在常规治疗基础上加用益气养血活血中药治疗为研究组各30例。观察2组治疗前后胎儿生长发育各指标的变化,监测2组新生儿出生体质量、孕妇治疗前后血液流变学及脐动脉S/D比值各指标的变化。结果:治疗后,研究组胎儿生长发育参数增加幅度、新生儿出生体质量较对照组有明显增加,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血液流变学各项指标与治疗前比较明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后脐血流S/D比值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗前后脐血流S/D比值下降幅度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养血活血法能明显改善孕妇血液流变学各项指标,降低脐动脉血流阻力,促进胎儿生长发育,增加新生儿出生体质量,可能为其治疗胎儿生长受限的作用机制。 Objective:To observe the impaction of Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue method on hemorheology of pregnant woman with fetal growth restriction. Methods:60 pregnant women with fetal growth restriction who were accepted treatment and hospital delivered in our hospital were completely randomly divided into the study group and the control group (30 cases each group). The control group was conventionally treated, the study group was treated with Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue method combined with conventional treatment. Parameters such as the index of fetal growth, maternal hemorheology, the S/D ratio of umbilical blood flow before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. And the newborn birth weight were measured too. Results :After treatment the increase of fetal growth parameters and the newborn birth weight of study group were significantly increased than those of control group, there was significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The hemorheology indexes in the study group were significantly improved compared with before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and there was a statistical difference between the study group and the contrl group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The S/D ratio of umbilical blood flow of study group was significantly reduced than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05 ). The decline of the S/D ratio of umbilical blood flow before and after treatment of the study group was more higher than that of control group, there was statistically significant difference (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion:The Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue method can obviously improve the hemorheology of FGR patients, reduce umbilical artery resistance, promot fetal growth and development and increase neonatalbirth weight,which may be the treatment of fetal growth restriction mechanism.
