摘要
目的:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定胎元饮中多种微量元素的含量并讨论其功效。方法:胎元饮采用传统中药煎煮方式,采用湿法消解其煎煮液浸膏完全后进行上机测定。结果:胎元饮中含有丰富的K、Ca、P、Mg、Na等物质基础元素和Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu生血四要素,而Pb、Cd、As未检出。结论:胎元饮为妊娠母体提供了丰富的微量元素。
Objective: A method for analysis of trace elements in Taiyuan decoction was developed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) and discuss the efficacy.Methods: The traditional methods was used to decoct the taiyuan decoction.And the wet digest methods was used to digest the sample.Results: The elements are rich in Taiyuan decoction,such as K,Ca,P,Mg,Na,and the elements of Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu having important fuction to supple blood are existed in Taiyuan decoction.The elements of Pb,Cd,As weren't detected out.Conclusions: Taiyuan decoction provides the rich trace elements for pregnancy mother.
