摘要
目的:探讨半夏泻心汤联合三联药物疗法治疗顽固性慢性咳嗽的效果及机制。方法:选取2011年3月至2013年3月间于我院接受诊断和治疗的顽固性慢性咳嗽患者72例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各36例。观察组患者给予半夏泻心汤联合三联药物疗法治疗,对照组患者仅给予三联药物疗法治疗。结果:观察组显效率75.00%,明显高于对照组61.11%(P<0.05);观察组总有效率97.22%,明显高于对照组88.89%(P<0.05)。观察组患者入睡时间平均为(11.3±2.8)min,明显短于对照组(16.2±2.5)min(P<0.05);观察组患者咳醒次数平均为(1.2±0.3)次,明显短于对照组(1.9±0.4)次(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤联合三联药物疗法治疗顽固性慢性咳嗽具有较好的临床效果,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective： To discuss the efficacy and mechanism of Ban Xia Xie Xin Decoction combined with triple drug therapy on intractable chronic cough. Methods： 72 patients with intractable chronic cough were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group and each had 36 cases. The patients of the observation group were given the treatment of Ban Xia Xie Xin Decoction combined with triple drug therapy while the patients of the control group were given the treatment of triple drug therapy only. Results： The significant efficiency of the observation group was 75.00% and it was obviously higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total efficiency of the observation group was 97. 22% and it was obviously higher than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05）. The average time to fall asleep was （ 11.3 ± 2.8 ） min and it was obviously shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The patients were awakened by the cough of the observation group was （ 1.2±0. 3 ） times and it was obviously less than that of the control （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Ban Xia Xie Xin Decoction combined with triple drug therapy on intractable chronic cough had a significant effect and deserved promotion.
