摘要
定面射孔是油气井体积压裂的一项有效技术手段。介绍了一种新型的定面射孔器及其工艺技术。该技术可控制水力压裂裂缝走向沿着井筒径向扩展,达到最佳的储层改造效果。从定面射孔原理、定面射孔器结构设计及参数优化、定面射孔与应力分布仿真等方面进行了阐述。该技术在四川盆地某致密气井中已经得到了成功应用,与常规射孔技术相比,它降低了近井筒摩擦阻力,有利于水力压裂裂缝在地层中的扩展和生成。
This paper introduces a new transverse perforator and technology which is an effective method of SRV fracturing for oil and gas well.This perforator has a special distribution of shaped charge,which can form multi-perforation channels in the same transverse perpendicular to the tube axis and change the distribution of formation stress,and then lead to stress concentration.It can generate fracturing fracture around the stress concentration region,so as to control the propagation direction of fracture to the transverse plane for the optimal reservoir stimulation effect.In this paper,the principle of transverse perforation,structure design and parameter optimization of the transverse perforator,the transverse perforation and stress distribution and other aspects are described.So far the transverse perforation technology has a successful application in tight gas well in Sichuan basin.This technology reduces the near-wellbore friction pressure and is useful to generate the fracturing fracture of the hydro-fracture in the formation compared with conventional perforating technology.
