摘要 基于桥塞与分簇射孔联作工艺的基本原理和特点,重点阐述了该联作工艺配套的相关技术,包括封堵压裂桥塞、分簇射孔器、多级点火控制技术、泵送作业控制以及井口电缆防喷技术和泵送作业可视化辅助软件等。通过近年来在川渝地区各页岩气区块近200井次、4 000余段的泵送桥塞与分簇射孔作业,表明了该项工艺及配套技术已趋近成熟,具有很高的安全性、适用性和经济时效性。结合近年的实际作业情况提出了相关的建议。 Based on the basic principle and characteristics of the bridge plug and multi-cluster perforation combined technology, we introduce the related combined technologies which includes fracturing bridge plug, multi-cluster perforator, multi-stage ignition, pumping clown operation and control, wellhead blowout prevention technology and visualization assistant software of pumping down operation. Recent years, the technology has been applied in nearly 200 wells, more than 4 000 pumping bridge plugs and gun strings in shale gas in Sichuan and Chongqing area. Application results show that the process and related technologies are approaching maturity, and has high security, applicability and economic value. We put forward some suggestions based on the actual operation.
