Determination of trace aluminum in water by catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry

摘要 在pH 10.3的硼砂氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,铝(Ⅲ)能催化溴酸钾氧化桑色素发生褪色反应,据此建立了测定痕量铝(Ⅲ)的催化动力学光度法.讨论了酸度、试剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、干扰离子等因素的影响,确定了反应的最佳条件.方法的线性范围为2~240 μg/L,检出限为1.1 μg/L.方法用于水中痕量铝(Ⅲ)的测定,结果与铬天菁S(CAS)胶束增溶光度法基本一致,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.3%~1.8%,加标回收率在95%~103%之间. In buffer solution of borax-sodium hydroxide at pH 10.5, aluminum(Ⅲ), reaction of potassium bromate oxidizing morin. Accordingly, a catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace aluminum(Ⅲ) was established. The experimental conditions including acidity, reagent dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time, interfering ions were discussed to determine the optimal conditions of reaction. The linear range of the proposed method was 2-240 μg/L, and the detection limit was 1.1 μg/L. When the method was applied to determine trace aluminum(Ⅲ) in water sample, the results were basically consistent with those of chrome azurol S (CAS) micellar solubilizing spectrophotometry. The relative standard deviation (RSD, n=6) was 1.3%-1.8% and recovery was 95%-103 %.
