摘要
采用加入非离子表面活性剂的方法,不但提高了锌试剂测定铜的灵敏度,而且提高了分析选择性。其表现摩尔吸光系数为2.5×10 ̄4,0~2.0μgCu/ml时遵从比尔定律。大量的Zn、Ni、Co等不再干扰铜的测定,该法用于铝合金、锌合金中铜的测定,结果满意。
A high selective spectrophotometry kas been developed for the determination of cu,based en the formation of colour comp jex of copper witk zirconin in the presence of Surfactant.Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0-2.0μgCu/ml with the apparent molar absorptivity being 2.5×10~4,Zn^(2+),Ni^(2+),Co^(2+) and the most metal icns not interfere with the copper determination. The method has been applied to the determination of Cu in allcys of Al and Zn with satisfactory resnlts.
