摘要
根据煤矿实际应用情况,设计了基于DeviceNet协议的远程I/O控制系统网络结构,即以采掘设备电控系统DeviceNet控制模块为主站,各远程I/O通信模块为从站,实现采掘设备电控系统对远端输入输出点的控制和监测。依据DeviceNet协议,主要研究组建网络的过程,对可能出现的重复地址,I/O节点数为零等具体情况进行分析,并说明组建网络需要考虑的关键问题。基于DeviceNet的矿用远程I/O控制系统,在实际使用中,取得了较好的效果。
According to the actual situation in coal mine, designs the remote I/O control system based on DeviceNet protocol. The electrical system DeviceNet control module of tunneling equipment is the main station, the each remote I/O communication module is the substation, which realizes the control and monitor for remote I/O. According to the DeviceNet protocol, mainly researches the process of network building. Analyzes the possible problems that may happen when network builds, such as repeat addresses, I/O node is zero. And illustrateds the key problems that need to consider. In actual application, the mining remote I/O control system gains good effect.
