The development of diagnosing and calibration system for SMT feeder is introduced. An industry computer and CAN bus is used on the system. Software is programmed by Visual Basic, adopt image processing and modularization design technology. This system measures feeding offset of SMT feeder and calibrates it automatically. Practical application shows that the system is reliable, stable and higher precision of calibration, with lower cost.
