摘要
针对电动机驱动的设备,可由测量电动机的电流、电压和分析诊断数据,通过基于模型的方法诊断电气和机械故障。实践证明,利用基于模型的故障诊断技术,诊断结果科学、可靠,有利于早期发现设备故障。
Aiming at the devices driven by electrical motor, the electrical and mechanical faults are diagnosed by measuring voltage and current of the motor, which based on model. The simple and useful suggestions may be made in conclusion. It has been proved that the diagnosis based on model is scientific, reliable and helpful for early detection of fault.
