摘要
在实际生产中,大型香蕉筛下横梁经常发生断裂,严重影响香蕉筛的使用寿命和运行效果。以3661香蕉筛下横梁为研究对象,分析了下横梁在实际工作中的受力情况,利用solidworks软件建立了五种不同截面形状的下横梁横实体模型,利用有限元分析软件对五种下横梁进行了应力计算。从计算结果发现无论是最大位移还是最大应力,圆形管梁是五种横梁中较为理想的下横梁,为提高下横梁的可靠性提供设计思路。
The lower crossbeam of large banana screen breaks frequently in the actual production , which have serious effects on the service life and running efficiency of the equipment .With lower crossbeam of 3661 banana screen as the research object , the force situation of lower crossbeam in the actual work was analyzed .Solid models of five section -shape lower crossbeams were estab-lished with SolidWorks software , and the stress were calculated with finite element analysis soft-ware.According to the calculation results , circular is the more ideal shape among the five , from whether the aspects of maximal displacement or the aspects of maximum stress .The study can sup-ply design reference for improving reliability of large banana screens .
