摘要
习近平立德树人思想是对我国传统道德思想的继承与发展,是"办好人民满意的教育"的基本要求,是弘扬社会主义核心价值的必由之路。习近平立德树人思想与艺德育人是辩证统一的,立德树人是艺德育人的基础,艺德育人是高等艺术教育立德树人的具体表现,立德树人与艺德育人相互融合相互促进。高等艺术院校艺德育人的途径有:发挥思想政治理论课艺德育人的主渠道作用,重视校园文化的熏陶,鼓励艺术实践践行,利用名师名作的示范引领等。通过这些途径,有利于培养出艺德双馨的文艺工作者,完成教育工作立德树人的根本任务。
Xi Jinping＇s thought of morality education is the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese morality, the basic requirement of ＂carrying out people＇s education＂ as well as the only way of carrying for- ward the socialist core value. Xi＇s thought of morality education and the cultivation of art talents have dialecti- cal unity, and morality education is the foundation of the cultivation of art talents, which is a concrete mani- festation of the former in higher artistic education. They both merge and promote each other. The ways of cultivating art talents by fostering artistic morality： carry out artistic moral education in ideological and polit- ical theory courses~ attach importance to the influence of the campus culture; encourage artistic practice; model teachers guide the students with famous masterpieces. Through these ways excellent artists with high morality can be trained and the task of cultivating talents by fostering morality can be fulfilled.
