摘要
目的分析总结阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取82例冠心病患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各41例,对照组给予曲美他嗪进行治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上同时给予阿托伐他汀,对比分析两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组患者中15例患者为显效、11例为有效、15例治疗无效、总有效率为63.4%,均明显优于对照组的7例、9例、25例及39.0%,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者出现2例呕吐现象,2例失眠现象,经调整用药剂量后恢复正常;治疗组患者出现1例呕吐现象,3例失眠现象,经药物调整后症状消失。两组患者不良反应无统计学差异。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病临床疗效肯定,安全性高,值得临床加深研究和推广。
Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease .Methods 82 patients were divided into treatment group and control group , 41 cases in each group , patients in the control group were given trimetazidine , meanwhile , patients in the treatment group were given atorvastatin based on the control group .Comparatively analyse the clinical curative effect of the two groups .Results 15 patients got markedly effective , 11 cases were effctive and 15 cases ineffective in the the treatment group , and the total effective rate was 63.4%, which was significantly better than the control group （7 cases got markedly effective , 9 cases were effective and 25 cases were ineffective and total effctive rate was 39%） （P〈0.05）.2 cases of nausea and vomiting and 2 cases of insomnia occurred in the control group , but they returned to normal after adjusting the dosage .1 cases of nausea and vomiting and 3 cases of insomnia were found in the treatment group were , and the symptoms disappeared after adjusted the drug . No statistically significant differences were found between the two groups .Conclusions Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease achieved affirmative clinical curative effect and safety , worthy of further research and extension .
