摘要
目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 70例老年稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为曲美他嗪治疗组和对照组,对照组常规服用阿司匹林、β-阻滞剂、硝酸酯类和他汀类,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/d,治疗均为8周;比较两组患者治疗前后每周心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油用量及心电图、血压、心率变化等指标。结果两组患者治疗8周后心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油消耗量均显著减少,心电图缺血性改变明显改善,但是曲美他嗪组的疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病稳定性心绞痛效果肯定。
Objective To explore the treatment of senile trimetazidine coronary stable angina clinical curative effect.Methods Seventy patients were randomly divided into elderly patients with stable angina trimetazidine treatment group and control group,regular aspirin,beta blockers,nitrates and statins,the treatment group in conventional treatment on the basis of trimetazidine add with 20mg three times/d,were treated eight weeks,compared with two groups of patients before and after the treatment weekly anginal attacks,nitroglycerin consumption and electrocardiogram,blood pressure and heart rate changes as indexes.Results Two groups of patients after eight weeks anginal attacks,nitroglycerin consumption were significantly reduced,electrocardiogram ischemic changes obviously improved,but the curative effect of trimetazidine group was better than control,two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Trimetazidine care of elderly with stable angina,result is positive.
