摘要
目的探讨硝普钠联合贝那普利治疗肺心病急性加重期的疗效。方法将112例肺心病急性加重期患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。2组均给予常规治疗,观察组给予硝普钠联合贝那普利治疗。比较2组患者临床指标水平。结果观察组治疗有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05);观察组患者PaO_2、PaCO_2、SpO_2、SV、CO、LVEF、PACP、血浆黏度及全血黏度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肺心病急性加重期治疗中,硝普钠联合贝那普利疗效确切,能安全、快速地缓解患者临床症状,值得推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of sodium nitroprusside combined with be-nazepril in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease.Methods 112 patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group,56 cases in each group.The control group was conducted with con-ventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with sodium nitroprusside and be-nazepril.Clinical indicators were compared between two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than 78.57% of the control group （P 〈0.05）.Levels of PaO2,PaCO2,SpO2,SV,CO,LVEF,PACP,plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside combined with benazepril is safe and effec-tive in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease,it can alleviate clinical symptoms rapidly,so it is worthy of promotion.
