摘要
目的总结分析乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗间质性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法选取64例间质性肺疾病(ILD)患者作为研究对象,将其随机均分为2组(n=32),对照组给予常规泼尼松治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上,给予口服乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗。观察2组患者的临床症状缓解情况、肺功能变化、肺部病灶面积改变以及不良反应发生情况,对比2组的差异。结果治疗后,2组患者的临床症状、肺功能改变情况以及肺部病灶变化均有所改善,对照组无效8例(25.00%),有效24例(75.00%),观察组无效3例(9.38%),有效29例(90.63%),观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组4例患者出现不良反应,对照组11例患者出现不良反应。结论采用乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗间质性肺疾病疗效明显,使用方便,安全性高,是治疗间质性肺疾病的有效药物,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical efficacy of acetylcysteine effervescent tablets in treatment of interstitial lung disease.Methods Selected 64 cases of interstitial lung disease patients in our hospital from 2008 December to 2012 December as the research object, and were randomly divided into two groups, each of 32 cases, the control group was given routine prednisone treatment, the patients in observation group on the basis of conventional therapy, was given oralacetylcysteine effervescent tablets treatment. Observed the clinical symptoms of two groups of patients in remission, changes of pulmonary function,pulmonary lesion area changes and adverse reactions,then compared the differences between the two groups.Results After treatment, both groups of patients with clinical symptoms, lung function changes as well as changes in lung lesions were improved, the control group was 8 cases （25.00%）, effective was 24 cases （75.00%）, in the observation group was 3 cases （9.38% ）, effective was 29 cases （90.63%）, the treatment effect in observation group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈0.05）; group of four cases observed adverse reactions in patients and in the control group 11 cases of adverse reactions in patients.Conclusion Using acetylcysteine effervescent tablets treatment of interstitial lung disease has obvious curative effect,easy to use, high safety, which is an effective drug for the treatment of interstitial lung disease, it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
