摘要
复发性多软骨炎是一少见的累及全身多系统的自身免疫疾病,具有反复发作和缓慢进展性炎性破坏性病变,累及全身软骨及结缔组织,其预后取决于早期诊断、治疗。现报道1例历时1年才得以诊断的患者,并对相关文献进行复习。加深对该病的认识,避免延误诊断,尽可能改善患者预后。
Relapsing polychondritis is a rare autoimmune destructive disease, which implicated multisystem, will recurrent and slow progress. Its prognosis depends on early diagonosis and treatment. Now we report 1 case who was diagonosed when the airway was stenosis at 1 year later after the disease attacking and review the related literatures to deepen the understanding of the disease , in order to avoid delaying diagnosis, and improve the prognosis of the patients. A 56-year-old male patient complained of a cough, sputum, hoarseness with chest pain for 3 months whose white blood cells, C-reactive protein were higher than normal, chest CT was not obvious abnormity. At the same time anti-infection treatment is invalid.
