摘要
目的探讨DYS458、DYS391、DYS392多态性与畲族健康男性身高之间的关系。方法调查长期居住在福建的畲族健康男性152例,测量其身高。应用AmpFlSTR~ Yfiler^TM荧光标记复合扩增系统及自动测序法,对152例研究对象进行DYS458、DYS391、DYS392的等位基因分型。结果方差分析结果显示,畲族成年男性DYS458各等位基因之间的身高差异有统计学意义(<0.05),DYS391、DYS392各等位基因之间的身高差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论 DYS458可能是影响男性身高增长的基因之一。
Objective To investigate the association of DYS458,DYS391,DYS392 polymorphism with adult male height of She nationality in China. Methods The heights of 152 healthy male subjects of She nationality, who were long-term residents of Fujian, were measured. The polymorphism of DYS458, DYS391 and DYS392 in 152 subjects was?. analyzed by appling AmpFlSTR Yfiler fluorescent marker composite amplification system and automatic sequencing method. Results The results of Variance Analysis showed that there was significant difference in adult male height of She nationality between each allele of DYS458( 〈0.05), but with no significant difference in adult male height between each allele of DYS391 and DYS392( 0.05). Conclusion DYS458 might be one of the genes affecting male height growth for She nationality.
