摘要
目的调查大学生心理健康必修课程在提升大学生生命意义上的作用以及对大学生人生意义感的影响因素。方法在成都大学开设心理健康必修课程的班级中,随机抽取566名大学生作为被试,采用中文人生意义问卷(C-MLQ)进行间隔16周的前后测评估,并在课程结束后对学生进行自编课程效果问卷调查。结果前后测数据对比显示课程前后学生在人生意义体验上存在显著差异(t=-5.635,P<0.001);在人生意义追寻上差异具有统计学意义(t=0.755,P<0.05)。在前测中专业满意度(F=10.667,P<0.001)、家庭气氛(F=3.951,P<0.01)、家庭教养方式(F=3.614,P<0.01)显著影响人生意义体验。结论心理健康必修课程对于大学生人生意义感具有促进作用。
Objective To explore the effect of compulsory course of college students 'mental health on promoting college students'sense of life and the influence factors of college students'sense of life meaning .Methods In the class of Chengdu university which set up a compulsory course for the mental health ,a random sample of 566 college students as subjects ,use the Chinese meaning of life questionnaire ( C-MLQ) interval measurement before and after 16 weeks of assessment ,and at the end of the course to the student to carry on the questionnaire of course effect .Results Measurement data before and after contrast showed that there were significant differences on the meaning of life experience(t=-5.635,P〈0.001) and the meaning of life pursuing(t=0.755,P〈0.05).Professional satisfaction (F=10.667,P〈0.001) and family atmosphere(F=3.951,P〈0.01),family upbringing(F=3.614,P〈0.01) significantly influ-enced the meaning of life experience .Conclusion Mental health course has a promoting effect on college students'sense of life feeling .
