摘要
目的了解任职教育学员的人格特征及其影响因素,为今后更有针对性开展心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法应用艾森克人格问卷调查某军医大学任职教育学员,并进行不同群体间的比较。结果男学员的E分、N分、L分、女学员的E分、N分和全国常模比较有统计学差异(t=3.396、-3.260、-2.580、3.152、-4.355,P<0.05);不同军种、专业学员的N、P、L比较有统计学差异(F=2.688、3.262、3.896、6.624、5.494、5.277,P<0.05)。结论任职教育学员具有情绪稳定、性格外向、掩饰性较低的人格特征,心理健康状况较好;专业和军种是其影响因素。
Objective To survey on personality traits and its influencing factors of professional education students and offer gist of strengthening psychological education .Methods Using Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ),the personality traits of the students in the military medical university were surveyed and compared in different groups .Results There were statistically significances in E , N,L of men and E,N in women(t=3.396,-3.260,-2.580,3.152,-4.355;P〈0.05).There were also statistically significances in N , P,L in different armed services and different specialties (F=2.688,3.262,3.896,6.624,5.494,5.277,P〈0.05).Conclusion The personality traits of professional education students are stable mood ,disposition extroversion and lower dicoration ,which make them in better psychologies .Armed services and different specialties are the influencing factors .
