军医大学任职教育学员心理健康水平及影响因素 被引量:2

Mental Health and Its Influencing Factors of Professional Education Students in Military Medical University

摘要 目的:调查军医大学任职教育学员心理健康水平及其影响因素,为加强教育管理提供依据。方法应用症状自评量表( SCL-90),调查军医大学任职教育学员心理健康水平,并进行不同群体间的比较。结果该校任职教育学员10项SCL-90因子得分有统计学差异(F=6.028,P=0.000),得分最高的是SCL90-2、SCL90-10和SCL90-4(1.442、1.368、1.348)。不同群体之间比较,只有不同军种的SCL90-1和SCL90-7(F=3.139,2.875,P=0.016,0.024);不同单位性质的SCL90-2~SCL90-10(F=3.638,5.208,3.49,5.077,4.861,5.093,5.017,5.471,2.772;P=0.014,0.002,0.017,0.002,0.003,0.002,0.002,0.001,0.043);不同专业性质的SCL90-4、SCL90-7和SCL90-9(F=3.146,8.388,5.095;P=0.026,0.000,0.002)之间有差异。结论任职教育学员整体心理健康水平较高,强迫、抑郁等心理问题相对较突出,军种、单位性质和专业是任职教育学员心理健康水平的影响因素。 Objective To survey on mental health and its influencing factors of professional education students in military medical university and offer gist of strengthening education management .Methods Using Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),the students'mental health were surveyed and compared in different groups .Results There was statistically significance in the ten factors ( F=6.028,P=0.000),among which SCL 90-2,SCL 90-10 and SCL 90-4 were the highest(1.442,1.368,1.348).There was no difference in different groups in the SCL -90 scores except SCL 90-1 and SCL 90 -7 in different armed services ( F=3.139,2.875,P=0.016, 0.024),SCL 90-2 to SCL 90 -10 in different nature of the units (F=3.638,5.208,3.49,5.077,4.861,5.093,5.017,5.471, 2.772;P=0.014,0.002,0.017,0.002,0.003,0.002,0.002,0.001,0.043),SCL 90-4,SCL 90-7 and SCL 90-9 in different specialties(F=3.146,8.388,5.095;P=0.026,0.000,0.002).Conclusion Professional education students in military medical university have better mental health except compulsion and depression .Armed services,nature of the units and specialties are the influencing factors of their psychologies .
