摘要
远洋渔业是一项具有战略意义的资源型产业。远洋渔业涉及国家的海洋权益、食物安全和国际关系等方面。该文回顾了我国远洋渔业的发展历程,阐明了我国发展远洋渔业的现实需求,介绍了产业的发展现状,评析了面临的发展机遇,并针对现阶段我国远洋渔业存在的主要问题,提出了发展对策。
The distant water fishing industry is a strategic resource industry which involves national marine rights and interests,food security and international relations.The article reviews the historic development of distant water fishing industry,introduces the current situation of distant water fishing industry,analyses the development opportunity of distant water fishing industry.And based on curvently existing problems,the solutions of the distant water fishing of China were put forward.
