摘要
棉酚作为一种有毒多元酚类物质广泛存在于棉籽中,严重影响棉籽粕的综合利用,限制了棉副产品的发展。概述了棉酚的测定、脱除与改性的相关技术及研究现状,并对改性棉酚的发展趋势进行了展望。
Gossypol as a kind of polyphenol class toxic substance widely exists in cottonseed,seriously influences the comprehensive utilization of cottonseed meal,and limits the development of cotton by-products.The related technologies and research status of determination of the gossypol,removal and modification of gossypol were reviewed,the development trend of modified gossypol was forecasted.
