直肠癌根治术中肠腔冲洗必要性的研究现状

摘要 直肠癌是临床常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,根治性切除后局部复发仍是影响患者预后的主要因素,自Heald提倡全直肠系膜切除术（total mesorectal excision,TME）以来,其局部复发率明显下降.而局部复发之一吻合口的复发与肠腔脱落的肿瘤细胞种植有关[1],Hubens等[2]的实验证实,游离的肿瘤细胞可以很容易种植在WAG大鼠受损的肠黏膜表面.本文总结国内外有关直肠癌术中脱落细胞冲洗必要性的研究.
