直肠癌全直肠系膜切除42例临床分析

摘要 直肠癌术后局部复发和转移是直肠癌治疗的关键问题。1982年Heald等首次提出直肠癌全系膜切除术（total mesorectal excision，TME）的概念后，经过20多年临床实践证明，TME可以有效降低直肠癌手术后的局部复发率，提高生存率，并减少传统手术引起的各种损伤。本文回顾分析我科2006年8月-2007年8月间采用TME治疗直肠癌共42例，现报告如下。
