血清骨桥蛋白浓度对胃癌预后的影响 被引量：6

摘要 探讨血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)浓度对胃癌患者预后的影响。收集我院2006年2月—2008年2月收治的68例胃癌手术患者的临床资料,分析血清OPN浓度与患者临床资料的关系。远处转移胃癌患者的血清OPN浓度显著高于无转移者(P<0.01),术前OPN浓度>76.23μg/L的患者1年复发率及5年总复发率均明显高于术前OPN浓度≤76.23μg/L的患者,且平均生存时间明显缩短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前血清OPN浓度对判断胃癌患者术后复发有一定的指导作用,并与术后生存时间有关。
