摘要
基于BIM的虚拟施工技术,为建筑施工企业在新形势下的创新发展寻找到了突破口。结合多年虚拟施工应用实践,介绍了基于BIM的虚拟施工技术管理思路,提出虚拟施工的特点和应用,并重点说明了虚拟施工技术进行工程管理的工艺流程和操作要点。
Virtual construction technology based on BIM provides the breakthrough for construction enterprises under the new situation of innovation and development. Combined with years of virtual construction practice,this paper introduces the virtual construction technology based on BIM management ideas,and puts forward the characteristics and application of virtual construction,and explains the virtual key construction technology for the process of project management and operation key points.
