摘要
目的观察玉屏风颗粒联合脾氨肽治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法将98例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为2组,对照组48例给予脾氨肽冻干粉口服,治疗组50例在对照组基础上加用玉屏风颗粒,共服用2个月,观察2组免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM水平变化,统计临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率94.0%,对照组总有效率70.8%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后IgA、IgG、IgM水平均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒联合脾氨肽可明显改善患儿免疫功能,提高机体免疫力,降低儿童反复呼吸道感染复发率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and immunological changes of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection treated by Yupingfeng combined with spleen aminopeptide treating. Methods 98 cases with recurrent respiratory tract infections in children were randomly divided into the treatment group（ n = 50） and the control group（ n = 48）. The control group was given spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder,on the basis of the control group treatment received Yupingfeng granule oral,take two months,the change of IgG,IgA and IgM were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94. 0%,70. 8% in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. There was a significant difference between before and after treatment on the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yupingfeng granule combined with spleen aminopeptide can significantly improve the immune function of children,improve immunity,and reduce the recurrence rate of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children.
