摘要
目的 :从免疫功能方面探讨中药白术的强身健体作用。方法 :用 1 0 0 %白术水浸出液定期给小鼠灌胃 ,然后测定其外周血白细胞 ( WBC)、脾脏及胸腺重量、抗体产生能力、淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞吞噬率。结果 :与对照组比 ,用药组小鼠胸腺和WBC有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5 )。其它免疫学指标有非常显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,未见有副作用。结论 :口服白术可明显增强机体的免疫功能。
Objective: To research the immunology reinforcement effect of AMK from the viewpoint of immunity. Methods: We filled the stomaches of mice with 100% water extract of AMK regularly and tested white blood cells (WBC), weights of thymus and spleen, antibody production ability, lymphocyte transformation, phagocytosis rate of macrophage. Results: Compared with control group, the immune function of thymus and WBC increased significantly (P<0.05) and the immune function with the exception of thymus and WBC enhanced more significantly (P<0.001) in AMK group and with no side effect. Conclusion: Taking AMK orally can enhance immune function obviously.
