面部穴位埋线对变应性鼻炎动物模型鼻黏膜神经源性炎症调节作用的初步研究 被引量:24

Effects of catgut implantation at acupoint of face on regulating nasal mucosa neurogenic inflammation of rats with allergic rhinitis

摘要 目的:阐明面部穴位埋线通过调节变应性鼻炎动物模型鼻黏膜神经源性炎症而改善其症状的机制。方法:以卵清蛋白致敏SD大鼠的方法制作变应性鼻炎动物模型,分为治疗组和对照组,另设空白组。治疗组迎香穴(LI20)埋线。观察内容:①大鼠变应性鼻炎相关的行为学评分变化;②治疗组埋线后2周,取大鼠鼻黏膜,应用组织病理学和免疫组化法观察鼻黏膜及感觉神经肽——P物质(SP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和神经激肽A(NKA)的改变。结果:治疗组大鼠迎香穴埋线后,流涕及喷嚏等症状改善。HE染色显示治疗组大鼠鼻黏膜纤毛倒伏、脱落及嗜酸性粒细胞浸润等状况较对照组减轻。免疫组织化学检测,3组大鼠鼻黏膜的SP、CGRP、NKA的积分光密度值经两两比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:面部穴位埋线通过改善由感觉神经肽参与的鼻黏膜的神经源性炎症而改善变应性鼻炎症状。 Objective: To explain the mechanisms of improving symptoms and regulating nasal mucosa neurogenic inflammation of rats with allergic rhinitis treated by catgut implantation at acupoint of face. Methods: 30 rats sensitized with ovalbumin (OVA) were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. Another 15 rats were recorded as a blank group. Rats in the treatment group were treated with cautgut implantation at Yingxiang (LI20) for 2 weeks. Behavioral changes of rats with allergic rhinitis were scored. Immunohistochemical and pathological methods were used to test the changes of substance P (SP), calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and neurokinin A (NKA). Results: Symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as runny nose and sneezing were remarkably relieved after catgut implantation in the treatment group. Compared with control group, the cilia lodging and loss and infiltration with eosinophils of the treatment group relieved. The result of immunohistochemical showed that there were significant differences of SP, CGRP and NKA among the three groups (P〈0.001). Conclusion: Catgut implantation at acupoint could improve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis by improving the neurogenic inflammation of the nasal mucosa involved by sensory neuropeptides.
