摘要
目的:总结穴位埋线治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究现状,为今后进一步规范本疗法的临床应用及机理研究提供依据。方法:回顾8年来国内有关穴位埋线治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究成果,从中西医诊断依据、中医辨证分型、操作方法、疗效及安全性等方面进行总结,分析穴位埋线治疗变应性鼻炎的可行性、有效性及安全性。结论:穴位埋线疗法是治疗变应性鼻炎的一种疗效满意,安全无副作用的方法,但目前临床上仍然存在许多问题,如中西医诊断标准、疗效判定标准不统一,操作不规范,相关机理研究明显欠缺,严重影响了穴位埋线治疗变应性鼻炎的推广应用。
Objective： Summarizes the acupuncture point to bury the line treatment allergy rhinitis the clinical research present situation, will provide the basis for from now on further the gauge model for painting therapy clinical practice and the mechanism research. Method： Reviews for 8 years domestic related acupuncture point to bury the line treatment allergy rhinitis the clinical research results, the doctor practicing western medicine diagnoses the basis, the Chinese medicine dialectical divides aspects and so on, the operating procedure, curative effect and security carries on the summary, analyzes the acupuncture point to bury the line treatment allergy rhinitis the feasibility, the validity and the security. Conclusion： The acupuncture point catgut embedding therapy is treats the allergy rhinitis one kind of curative effect to be satisfied, safe non-side effect method, but at present on clinical still had many problems, like the doctor practicing western medicine diagnosed the standard, the curative effect determination standard is not unified, operates not standard, the related mechanism research was short of obviously, affected the acupuncture point to bury, the line treatment allergy rhinitis seriously the promoted aoolication.
