摘要
当前,国家节能政策不断完善,暖通技术也在日新月异的发展。而越来越多已经营多年的商业大楼,其中央空调系统均存在着设备老化、系统落后等问题,不符合节能环保、可持续发展的方针政策,改造其中央空调系统势在必行。本文以某星级酒店为例,对其中央空调系统进行详细的调查分析,作出经济合理的改造设计。
Currently, with the continuous improvement of the national energy conservation policy , HVAC technolo-gy is developing rapidly.While a growing number of commercial buildings have been operating for many years , and the central air conditioning systems of them have problems of equipment aging and system lag behind , it doesn′t ac-cord with the policies and regulations of energy conservation , environmental protection , and sustainable develop-ment.Therefore, it is imperative to retrofit the central air conditioning system of them.In this paper, taking a stars hotel for example , we conducted a detailed investigation and analysis of its central air conditioning system , and completed an economic and reasonable retrofit design.
