摘要
随着全球气候变暖,低碳发展已上升为我国推进生态文明建设的一项战略任务。基于此背景,研究以生态文明和低碳发展的相关理论为基础,从生态文明、低碳发展的理论内涵出发,运用层次分析法,探索建立一套包含低碳能源、低碳产业、低碳消费、碳汇能力、低碳技术、低碳政策等六方面指标的城区生态文明低碳发展评价指标体系,并对南山区的生态文明低碳发展状况进行实证评价,重点从低碳消费、低碳技术、低碳政策等方面提出政策建议。
With the global warming, low-carbon development has risen as a strategic task for promoting ecological civilization construction. Based on this background, on the basis of relevant theories of ecological civilization and low-carbon development, starting from the theory con- notation, city ecological civilization and low-carbon development evaluation index system was established from 6 aspects of low-carbon energy, low-carbon industry, low-carbon consumption, carbon sink capacity, low-carbon technologies and low-carbon policy by using AHP method. The ecological civilization low-carbon development status in Nanshan District was evaluated, several policy recommendations were proposed fo- cus on low-carbon consumption, low-carbon technologies and low-carbon policy.
