摘要
该文介绍目前国内外现有主要真菌毒素检测标准,对国际标准化组织(ISO)、国际分析化学师协会(AOAC)、欧洲标准化委员会(CEN)和我国现有主要真菌毒素检测标准进行了比较和探讨.综述了相关技术在现有标准中的应用,并分析相关技术和标准的发展趋势。
It deals with the present domestic and international existing main mycotoxin determination standards in this paper,the existing main mycotoxin determination standards of ISO,AOAC,CEN and our country are compared and discussed. It introduces application state of related technologies in these existing standards,and analyses the development trend of related technologies and standards.
