Purification optimization of the macroporous resin for the Astragalus,Panax pseudo- ginseng and Red ginseng in the WeiNaiAn' Capsules

摘要 目的研究大孔树脂富集纯化黄芪、三七、红参三药总皂苷的工艺参数,为"WNA制剂"二次开发的优化分离工艺提供参考。方法以香草醛-高氯酸法测定总皂苷含量,静态吸附法对D101、D301、AB-8三种吸附树脂进行筛选,进一步对工艺进行评价。结果用D101大孔吸附树脂,上样浓度为0.4g/ml,洗脱流速1ml/min,吸附流速1.0ml/min条件下,用3BV 70%乙醇洗脱,可得到较优的总皂苷含量。结论该技术方法简单可行,分离效果较好,可进一步开展中试研究,为实际生产提供技术参数。 Objective To study the artwork of macroporous resin separating total saponin of Astragalus, Panax pseudo - ginseng and red ginseng, and study the purification to optimize the separation artwork in secondary development process of WeiNaiAn Cap- sule. Methods Screened D101, 1)301, AB -8 three kinds of adsorption resin,and evaluation the process with vanillin - Determi- nation of total saponins perchloric acid content. Results In the condition of using of D101 macroporous resin, the sample concen- tration 0.4g/ml, elution flow rate 1 ml/min, adsorption under the conditions of flow rate 1.0mL/min, with 3BV 70% ethanol, can get a good result of obtain the total saponin content. Conclusion The technical has a good separation effect ; it is simple and feasi- ble, and it is worth to do more industrial experiment research.
