摘要
总结分析24例肺淋巴管肌瘤病患者的并发症情况及护理要点。本组24例患者中并发气胸16例,呼吸衰竭4例,乳糜胸3例,咯血1例。加强并发症护理,密切观察药物不良反应,加强肺康复护理,同时关注患者心理状况,及时给予心理疏导,增加患者依从性,有助于疾病的控制,提高患者的生活质量。
This paper summarizes the complications and nursing care of 24 patients with pulmonary lymphangiomyomatosis. The main complications were pneumothorax in 16 cases,respiratory failure in 4 eases,chylothorax in 3 cases and hemoptysis in 1 case. Nursing care focused on close observation of adverse drug reactions,strengthening com- plications care,lung rehabilitation nursing and psychological nursing,which enhanced patient compliance,promoted disease control and improved patients＇ quality of life.
