摘要
通过对圆柱销定位原理的讨论,分析出工件定位孔/定位销欠配合中短定位销定位需要满足的条件,在此基础上,提出欠配合时短定位销定位高度的一种有效计算方法。结合工程实例,详尽演示该方法的应用,初步试用表明其有效性,能解决长定位销与短定位销分界的量化问题。
The article aims to establish an effective calculating method of short location pin heights after discussing the locating principle of cylindrical pin and analyzing the conditions that short location pin must be met in order to successfully realize locating during the clearance fit of locating holes locating pin. Then, an engineering example is adopted to demonstrate the use of the method. The result shows that the method is effective, and it will help us to solve the quantification problem about the boundary between long pin and short pin.
