摘要
用试验方法确定了挤孔对链板疲劳寿命的影响 ,从理论上分析了在最佳挤孔量下链板疲劳寿命提高的因素 ,用有限元法计算了 16 A链板的最佳挤孔量 ,并与试验结果进行了比较 ,结果表明用弹塑性有限变形理论和有限元方法计算链出的板最佳挤孔量具有工程实际上的可用性。
Factors that influence fatigue life of chain p late are determined with experimental methods. Factors to raise life of chain pl ate are analyzed with theoretical methods. The maximum value of crushing hole i n 16A roller chain plate is calculated with finite element. Comparison between e xperimental results and theoretical results shows that calculating the value of crushing hole in roller chain plate has practical significance. Finally, the met hod for calculating value of crushing hole in roller chain plate is given.
