摘要
在分析我国星级饭店行业发展重要性和中外研究进展的基础上,通过构建区域星级饭店结构模型,结合区域星级饭店数量、效益、出租率、平均价格等多个指标,借助卡方检验、回归分析等方法,对比分析了我国16个旅游热点省市星级饭店业十年来的发展差异、合理性以及深层原因。从结果来看,我国东部沿海地区星级饭店业发展相对合理,而中西部地区星级饭店业依然存在一定不足;通过对各指标的对比分析,对星级饭店业亏损的区域从数量、星级结构指数以及价格等三个方面提出了有针对性的发展策略。
Taking 16 hot tourism provinces in China as the example,by building a structural index model of regional star-rated hotels,and combining the influence indicators of quantity,benefits,occupancy rates,average price of regional star-rated hotels,this paper analyzes the rationality and underlying reasons of regional star-rated hotel industry development.The results show that the development of eastern coastal region＇s star-rated hotel industry is relatively reasonable than the western region and the eastern region.By the comparative analysis of the main influence indicators,this paper proposes several targeted development strategies on the unreasonable provinces.
