摘要
《杂病证治准绳》认为胸痹的病机多与气机不畅有关,将胸痹分为寒凝闭阻、水湿内停、气滞痰阻、情志不遂四种证型,以调理气机升降为主,兼以散寒、化湿、祛瘀。重视脾胃、权衡气机升降是《杂病证治准绳》体现的主要思想。
